What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact Forms

When you fill out and send a contact form, we collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any message you provide. This information is available only to employees of Adrenaline Design. The contact information you provide is stored on the computers at Adrenaline’s offices. Sending a contact form does NOT include consent to receive e-mail from Adrenaline Design except for the purposes of addressing and/or resolving the issue or question raised in your message.

Orders

When you order product, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, and credit card number. We may collect your phone number and ice skate size, if these optional fields are filled out by you. This information is collected in order to fulfill your order.

Cookies

When you visit our site, cookies may be placed on your device. Some of these are necessary to run the site. You can set your device not to set any cookies, but some aspects of the website may not function in this setting.

We provide a cookie-acceptance measure when you first visit the website, and a detailed list of what cookies are set is provided there. Continuing to use the website without explicitly activating the cookie-acceptance is to accept that cookies are being set.

Accounts

This website does not require or allow customers to open accounts. We may, in the future, activate accounts on this site. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

CrazyEgg

We use CrazyEgg for analytics, including demographic information, as well as heatmapping to track areas of the site that get clicked or moused-over. CrazyEgg anonymizes all data received from your visit to our website, and does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) about you. Facebook

We place ads on Facebook that are linked to our Amazon store. We receive no personally identifiable information from either of these entities. You may set privacy settings for each of these services by visiting their websites.

How long we retain your data.

We retain order data for at least as long as is required by law.

What rights you have over your data

You can send us a request for your data, and for it to be destroyed, except in cases where retaining said data is in accordance with applicable law.

Where we send your data

A third-party fulfillment company called Crossroads Industries in New York State fulfills orders for customers ordering from, and shipping to, the United States of America. If you are a customer based in the U.S., when we receive your order, we send your name and shipping address to Crossroads Industries over a secure channel. No other personal data, including credit card information, is sent to the fulfillment company.

Adrenaline Design processes orders destined for anywhere else in the world directly and the information gathered for those orders is not shared with any third parties.

Other than the information gathered from cookies for analytics, which is sent only to those organizations setting the cookie, we do not send or sell your electronic data to any third parties.
